      • Subclass 491 – Skilled Work Regional  (Provisional) visa for people nominated by a State of Territory government or sponsored by an eligible family member to live and work in regional Australia.  When granted this is a 5 year Temporary Residency (TR) visa; and
      • Subclass 494 – Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa for people sponsored by an employer in regional Australia. When granted this is a 5 year Temporary Residency (TR) visa.
      • Subclass 191 – Skilled Regional, Permanent Residency (PR) visa.  You will be eligible to transition to THIS VISA from either the SC491 or the SC494 visa after a qualifying period, usually 3 years.
